At the beginning of the 1980s, I began to develop my instruments for Josef K. Noyce. There was no thinking about concerts yet. William Shakespeare's poetry was still a long way off, but the working method was clear. A technical set-up in the studio was a piece, no matter how long. After the successful recording, there was a new set-up of all the equipment and then the second track was recorded. Everything live, without multitracks, recorded on a 38cm fast 2-track Revox and without a computer, of course! The Tascam 4-track cassette recorder TEAK 144 came a little later. The photo was taken in my darkroom.
