Too Much Home – Not sick at home, but home sick!

Wie oft hat DORNINGER in den letzten Wochen seine Jacke angezogen, weite Bogen um vereinzelte Menschen gemacht, ist dabei geschickt der Polizei ausgewichen, um dann Stunden vor seinen Liebelingslokalen und Clubs einfach nur durchzuatmen, virtuell seinen Lieblingswein zu trinken und sich Musik zu denken, die er dort wohl hören würde. Zurück im Studio packte er seine Tibetanischen Glocken („Calm Down“) und für „No Rain“ die kleinen Almglocken aus dem unbeworbenen Tirol aus. Beim Aufnehmen kamen Fernweh („Aqua Fields“) und Panikattacken („Dystopian Daydreams“) auf: „Werde ich je wieder in der Ferne flanieren, eine Umarmung mit Fremden teilen und in Massen von Leibern wegraven“ („In Groove“). Während er seiner geerbten Katze („Inherited Cat“) den Bauch krault, twittert ES laut „Schnell alles hochfahren“ („Shutdown Breakkz“) und über den Äther flötet es ministeriell „mach Urlaub zu Hause“ („Fragments“).

How often has DORNINGER put on his jacket in the past few weeks, made a wide circle around isolated people, skilfully avoided the police, only to take a deep breath for an hour in front of his favorite restaurants and clubs, to virtually drink his favorite white wine and to think of music that he would probably hear there.
Back in the studio, he unpacked his Tibetan bells ("Calm Down") and for "No Rain" his little alpine bells from the un-advertised world of Tyrol. While recording, wanderlust ("Aqua Fields") and panic attacks ("Dystopian Daydreams") arose: "Will I ever travel far away again, share a hug with strangers and rave within masses of bodies" ("In-Groove")? While he scratches the belly of his cat ("Inherited Cat"), HE, the REAL tweets about "Shutting up fast" ("Shutdown Breakkz") and an Austrian Ministry flutes "Go on vacation in Austria" in soft tones over the ether ("Fragments").
