FAQ: How to use this CD!

Q: why did you do this!

The older CDs from 1993 up to 1997 are all sold out. Fans always asked for re-issues and compilations to cover the Wipeout-history.
Re-issue is not our thing and so we decided to do something new.

Q: what can I do with the music!

If you bought this limited edition "data-cd" you are allowed to burn your own cds and compilations out of it and use the graphics.
You are not allowed to sell these copies, nor to sell copies of the data-cd.
We work hard to get this music done, so be fair, give us a chance to survive and keep the Wipeout sound going.
Anyhow: We trust you. See you at the next show.

From the newer CDs there are just some songs added to this data-cd because they are still available. Support us and our label-partners and buy the records when you like the music.

Q: My favorite record shop did not carry this data-cd. Why?
The data-cd will not sold through shops. Tell everyone that this cd can only be bought  through our wipeout-web-shop or at Wipeout live-shows.

Q: How to burn my own cds
Open your Explorer, Konqueror, Nautilus or other file-manager and push the CD button. Go for example to /audio/93ep or audio/saliva. In these folders you can find the audio files - mp3 format. To burn them on CD you have to convert mp3 files into wav (Windows, Linux) or aiff files (Mac). Then you can burn them on CD. Usually burning software like Nero, Toaster etc. convert mp3 to wav and burn automatically.

Q: How to print covers
There is a folder on the cd named /covers. In this folder you find high quality jpg-files to be printed.
